Quality Assurance: we act as a quality and compliance checkpoint for the project’s duration, inspecting all work to ensure compliance with design specifications, building regulations, and industry standards.
Identifying Defects & Remediation: detailed inspections to identify any issues and reporting non-conformities. Catching any issues early to help prevent costly repairs or delays later in the project. We then suggest practical remediation methods, such as alternative materials or repair adjustments to ensure compliance and quality.
Cost Calculation of Remedial Works: detailed cost estimates are provided for rectifying identified defects or implementing remedial works, to ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding of the financial implications and options available.
Tender Management: preparing tender documents and assisting in selecting contractors for remedial work or other project stages, so all procurement aligns with project goals, quality standards, and budgets.
Checking CDM Regulations: compliance reviews with Construction (Design and Management) Regulations, ensuring the project meets health and safety standards and legal obligations for all involved parties.
Contract Administration: management of construction contracts, ensuring all terms are adhered to and that any disputes or changes are effectively handled.
Financial Oversight: regular reviews of budget, cash flow, and valuation schedules to ensure cost control, flagging any overruns or potential savings.
